Celebrate Christmas by the river with Summerlong
Deck the halls with seafood jolly this Christmas! Summerlong presents their festive seafood feast and this is a perfect opportunity to bring your loved ones to enjoy a delicious seafood fare and cheery liquid concoctions with a river view at Robertson Quay.
Presented by their executive chef Justin Hammond, the seafood platter provides an assortment of freshly prepared both hot and cold treats including house made sauces and dips. The platter consists of the succulent Red Carabinero Spanish Prawns, tangy Scallop Ceviche served with herb oil and jalapeno and fresh Irish oysters. Let's not forget the star of the feast, the beautiful Alaskan king crab legs to fulfil that seafood dream.
The Summerlong Festive Menu costs SGD99++ for two people, which also includes their delicious festive Egg nog semifreddo, with hazelnut praline, and smoked cherries for dessert.
Why not add on a Baked Boston Lobster with Turkish Zaatar butter for just $35++ (Half portion) or $70++ for a whole portion. Definitely hitting that sweet spot when indulging in the whole seafood platter.
Just look at these wonderful creative plate of Baked half-shell mussels in a macadamia herb crust served together with the Baked Boston lobster. You can't help yourself but to dive in and enjoy. You wouldn't want to miss out on this!
Just look at the fresh red Carabinero Spanish prawns and opened oysters served with limoncello sorbet and baby basil leaf. Its as if you got it straight out of the ocean yourself.
What is christmas without some eggnog? Get into the Christmas spirit with a festive drink as Summerlong's bartenders introduce their Eggnog in the Sun ($19++). This silky texture cocktail brings a sense of comfort and boozy feel to get you into the festive mood.
Also for larger parties, Summerlong has provided us with a sharing option with the Christmas summer punch (SGD50++), which is only available as a pitcher. This refreshing concoction is easy to drink and will definitely lift up the festive spirits all around the table.
