Summer Menu 2018 @ Brotzeit
Brotzeit is back and is proud to serve you a taste of summer (although summer is all-year round) with a refreshing twist by introducing an exclusive menu.
Available between 19 July to 31 August 2018, tantalise your taste buds with Brotzeit's expansive menu that features seafood options to grilled meats and salads, there’s definitely a little something that will tickle your fancy.
Summer is made for endless sessions of barbecues, so grab your family and friends and check out the Brotzeit Grillplatte (Brotzeit Barbecue Platter, platter for 3 at $25/pax, platter for 6 at $20/pax).
Savour in succulent grilled pork fillets with a smooth sun-dried tomato garlic butter, classic Thüringer snail sausages, juicy bacon strips, tender chicken fillets and a pair of minced beef and pork skewers. All these served with a side of grilled corn.
This platter of meat also comes with a choice of fries or potato wedges and two sauces, garlic mayo and a spicy dip for that extra punch.

Choose from the Gegriller Ziegenkäse Salat mit Beeren (Grilled Goat Cheese Salad with Berries, U.P. $21).
Quinoasalat mit Grapefruit und Avocado (Quinoa Salad with Grapefruit & Avocado, U.P. $20)
And lastly, the Violeter Blumenkohlsalat(Purple Cauliflower Salad, U.P. $19).
The Barsch "Müllerin Art" mit Mandelbutter (Grouper Fish "Müllerin Art" with Almond Butter,$58) is an entire grouper fish freshly seasoned and pan-seared to perfection.
Shoutout to all shellfish and wine lover, order up a serving or two of the Muscheln in Weißweinsoße (White Wine Infused Mussels, $19). This dish features white wine-infused mussels with a symphony of fresh herbs and vegetables – garlic, shallots, carrots, celeriac and leek. All these are then paired with a nice toasted ciabatta bread. Be sure to dip the bread and soak all the flavours from the broth!
Dreading the heat and need a thirst quencher to help ease the summer temperature? Sip on some of Brotzeit's beautifully crafted cocktails. Blushing Summer($15), a refreshing mix of vodka, grapefruit juice and honey, and their Basil & Gin Cooler($16), is ideal as a summer spritzer.
Not a fan of alcoholic beverages? Fret not, the team at Brotzeit has made a refreshing non-alcoholic beverage called the Lemongrass Refresher ($8). An aromatic blend of lemongrass, orange peel and lemon peel.
Last but not least, our favorite part of every meal -- dessert! End your feast with the Gouda Käse Kuchan (Gouda Cheese Cake Brûlée, $10), a homemade fluffy cheesecake served with raspberries, mixed nuts oat cookie and smooth vanilla sauce.
