In conjunction with Singapore’s 52nd birthday, CRAVE will be launching a mouth-watering classic delight that screams “SINGAPORE” – Nasi Lemak Satay Chicken ($8.90).

Adding a modern twist to this local delicacy, the Nasi Lemak Satay Chicken is served with a full chicken thigh marinated in traditional spices and drizzled in sweet and piquant satay sauce, instead of the usual satay skewers. Just thinking about this makes my mouth water!

Not forgetting what makes a nasi lemak amazing, is its rice. Instead of the usual short-grain rice you get everywhere else, CRAVE’s nasi lemak uses basmati rice with fragrant santan (coconut milk). And of course, spicy sambal and some tangy acar on the side.

To calm your taste buds from the spicy sambal, add a dollar more to enjoy a cup of Iced Calamansi. The perfect pairing to nasi lemak, I must say.

This new dish will be available at all 12 CRAVE outlets islandwide. Fret not, if you’re too lazy or tired to get out of your house for this, let Foodpanda and Deliveroo bring it right to the front of your doorstep!
