Begin your meal with Coastes's freshly baked bread basket ($10), served with in-house made fruit jam and butter, followed up by a hearty hangover cure with Coastes's signature English breakfast ($23). This wholesome meal of creamy scrambled eggs,thick cut bacon, grilled snail sausage, sauteed forest mushrooms, fresh kale, and toasted sourdough bread will leave you full and energised to take on your day.
Keto lovers shouldn't miss out this keto-friendly Bacon Kale Frittata ($16), which is oven-baked and filled with chopped bacon bits, kale, ricotta cheese, and topped with blood red sun-dried tomatoes.
This new brunch menu gets even more egg-citing with a classic brunch favourite, eggs benedict ($18) which consists of two beautifully poached eggs, shaved honey baked-ham a bed a lightly toasted English muffin and topped with a luscious orange-infused hollandaise sauce.
Another crowd favourite in Coastes is an adaption from a classic Swiss dish with a twist, smoked salmon, sour cream and chives a bed a generous serving of pan fried Rösti, delicately garnished with a handful of fresh rocket leaves.
Order up a quintessential brunch combo, freshly baked bagel ($16) spreaded with creamy chive cream cheese, and topped with thick slices of smoked salmon, crunchy cucumber and capers, a dish that is very suitable for pescetarians.
