Pasarbella is like a hipster's dream of a food court come to life. Walk in and find colourful shops selling anything from salad to Vietnamese cuisine. American cuisine, alcohol, and a whole bunch of other choices.
You can even pick up a killer cuppa from Sarnies. Which I totally did - no regrets. Love the coffee there.
But I was really there to try Pimp My Salad's awesome salads upon the recommendation of one of their super salad makers.
If it's one salad place you ought to try in Singapore, I would recommend it be this one. Salads shouldn't be seen as not filling or not tasty - you're probably doing it wrong if your salad isn't the most delicious thing on earth.
I chose a slab of cooked salmon, seasoned perfectly, topped off with some pomegranate, goji berries and chia seeds, sitting on a bed of spinach, broccoli and quinoa. If that's not the healthiest, yummiest sounding salad out there, I don't know what is. It was also packed with plenty of protein, great for my diet when I'm in hardcore gym mode like I am in now.
So here's a shoutout to the amazing salad maker, Jiawen, who made this gorgeous salad for me. Thanks again! Be sure to check this place out the next time you're in Suntec.
