Prosecco Love Potion, followed by appetisers and starters to arouse the palates.

Enjoy the taste of Oysters with Granny Smith apples, and Avruga caviar; followed by luscious Vichyssoise of potato, and leeks scented with white truffle oil.

Add a touch of decadence to the meal with Hokkaido Scallops accompanied with butternut pumpkin, bacon, and quinoa. Sounds like an hearty affair indeed!

Be spoiled with a choice of the lovely mains such as the Barramundi, with fennel, capers, and tomato confit; or Angus Rib Eye with the ever-indulgent pommes mousseline, and a red wine sauce. Fall in love with that succulent Rib Eye!
