Sofitel Damansara Sunday Brunch, Damansara Heights
Sunday brunch is one of my favourite meals. So I was super excited to try Sofitel Damansara’s Sunday brunch. Before I got married, it would be the perfect date for me. As a morning person, I love getting up early and getting everything I need done, then enjoying the rest of the day - from brunch to going for a massage to ending the weekend with an early night.
But after I got married, Sunday brunch time became family time. My husband’s long standing appointment with his family for brunch was carried into our marriage and it’s something I really look forward to. It’s a great time to bond, try new food and catch up on what went on during the week.

When we found out about Sofitel Damansara's Sunday brunch, we were really happy because it's just a stone's throw away from the house. It makes it super convenient for us to access.

Sofitel Damansara's Sunday brunch this time of year also comes with gorgeous festive offerings like minced pies, log cake and Christmas cookies, among other beautiful and tasty treats.

But as part of their usual Sunday brunch offerings is a fresh pasta station. By fresh, I really mean fresh. The pasta is freshly made, as are the sauces. All you have to do is walk up to the counter, request for the pasta type you want and it will be delivered to your table.

If you love seafood, then the fresh seafood spread is definitely going to impress you. All you have to do is select your choice of seafood and eat to your heart's content!

Sofitel Damansara has an impressive variety of food - ranging from Western to Japanese to Indian to Chinese to other local delicacies. For instance, even the kuih-muih options look and taste amazing! Some of the best dishes we tried were from the Chinese and Indian section (like the dim sum and the paneer!).

It is also pastries galore here! You definitely don't want to miss out on the pastries because they're so fresh and you have your pick of so many choices!

But something that we were quite impressed by was Sofitel Damansara's children's section! There are so few hotel buffet places that actually have a dedicated children's area. It's not just for playing! It also comes with with their own buffet spread!

Plus it has its own popcorn and cotton candy machines! Super fun!

Sofitel Damansara's Sunday brunch buffet starts from RM188 per person. Should you want to enjoy your brunch with wine or champagne, it will cost you RM288 per person.
