Ocean Park Christmas sensation, Hong Kong
Any plans for Christmas? Why not head over to Hong Kong! From 11 December 2017 to 1 January 2018 Ocean Park Hong Kong presents their Christmas sensation together with Samsung to bring an innovative and creative experience to conclude their 40th anniversary celebration.
The park will offer free night-time admission to Waterfront Plaza and Lakeside Chill from 7pm-11pm for 10 days (from 23 December to 1 January 2018). Not forgetting, you can also indulge in the delicious feasts available at Neptune’s Restaurant.
Join in the fun with Hong Kong’s first ever hottest virtual reality 360 Mine train rollercoaster using the Samsung Gear VR to take you on a journey to the Amazon rainforest and enjoy the thrill of the rollercoaster dashing in high-speed at 71 kilometers per hour. You can also compete against your friends to “capture” photos of the animals and also explore other exciting VR game zones they have to offer.
Ocean Park, Hong Kong will also be having a local Christmas market partnered with Pinkoi Festive marketplace (Asia’s leading online marketplace for designers) where you can get all the different types of locally-made accessories and homeware all produced by Hong Kong designers.
This will be available from 16 December 2017 onwards. You can be sure that these would be unique and authentic based on the local Hong Kong styles. These are great gift ideas that you do not want to miss!

The Fantasy Christmas Dinner at Neptune’s Restaurant is a highlight as it features all-you-can-eat Christmas desserts. Aqua City Bakery will serve Christmas ginger cookies and vanilla chocolate mousse for you to take home, while Lakeside Chill offers Christmas-limited traditional cheese fondue and baked Canadian lobster with cheese for a warm festive feeling.
