New ramen and shabu-shabu soup bases at Ramen Champion, Clarke Quay Central


Ramen champion is bringing some local and Thai flavours into its menu this season with the introduction of the Laksa Tonkotsu and Green Curry.

Enjoy the Laksa Tonkotsu ($13.80++), a marriage between local and Japanese flavours with ramen noodles, black fungus spring onions, ajitama and pork belly cha shu.

Thai food lovers will be excited to try the Green Curry ($14.80++). The full aroma of the soup is enlivened with lemongrass, garlic, ginger, and shallots. This was my preferred flavour among both the new soups.

In my opinion, both the soups can be rather thick, so make sure you come with an empty stomach as it can be rather filling.

If ramen is not your thing, you can always opt for a shabu-shabu hot pot with these soups. The All-You-Can-Eat Shabu Champion Buffet is available from Monday to Friday at 5pm to 10pm ($22.90++ for adults), as well as Saturday and Sunday at 11am to 10pm ($24.90++ for adults).
