Kick off the festive feast with the Smoked Pork Collar Salad ($18.90) – featuring fresh baby arugula, walnuts, feta cheese and fruit compôte topped with sliced smoked pork collar and drizzled with tangy raspberry dressing. A perfect option for those opting for a lighter feast or simply looking for a refreshing starter to share.
Available for a limited time only and also the highlight from Ryan’s Grocery’s Christmas catalogue is the Borrowdale St. Louis Ribs ($32). The Borrowdale carbon-neutral free-range pork is honey-smoked (marinated with honey and smoked in-house) and is accompanied by a serving of garden greens and sweet potato.
The latest addition to the menu includes their tender Beef Cheeks on Smoked Duck Risotto ($28). Undoubtedly our favourite dish for the night, which includes fork-tender wine-braised beef cheeks and is completed alongside a rich yet flavourful duck risotto and sautéed wild mushrooms.
End your festive feast on a sweet note with Ryan's range of unique and decadent pies. Choose from Pumpkin Bourbon Pie ($7/slice), Morello Sour Cherry Pie ($7/slice) or Classic Pecan Pie ($7/slice); additionally, whole pies (9") are also available for order with each flavour retailing at $69.90.
