Klook Launch In Malaysia: Our Experience Using It
Before Klook officially launched in Malaysia, I had already been using the app.
It was my first visit to Siem Reap (it’s my goal to tick off all the ASEAN countries by 2020!) and something that came highly recommended was a visit to Phare, the Cambodian circus.
After waking up at 4AM to catch our 6:40AM Airasia flight from Kuala Lumpur to Siem Reap, we arrived at about 9AM local time. It was a little too early to check in, so we went into town to look for coffee and also to enjoy the Old Market.
Once we could check-in, I spent the rest of the day sleeping and suddenly jolted our of bed at 6:30PM remembering I had booked tickets for Phare through the Klook app while I was still in KL and it was a surprise for the husband and that I would have to be at the circus by 7:30PM.
So we quickly booked ourselves a GrabRemorque, which is their local tuk tuk, which cost us KHR4,900 to get from our hotel to the circus.
I did a quick check to make sure we would be able to catch a quick dinner at Phare and thankfully, they do have a cafe on the circus grounds.

It was so seamless for us to get our tickets from the ticket booth. All I had to do was flash my Klook booking and voila! We were in!
Klook just launched in Malaysia with access to over 40,000 experiences across more than 200 destinations around the world. From attractions & shows (like PHARE!), activities & experiences, tours & sightseeing, food & dining, even local transfers and wi-fi connectivity. Klook provides a one-stop platform for travellers to book and discover things-to-do.

Congratulations on your launch in Malaysia, Klook! Looking forward, or should I say, Klooking forward, to booking (or Klooking) more activities on the app!
