Graze @ KL Hilton
With the recent revamp and new menu choices, we decided to check out Graze and their latest upgrade. Graze is a modern European brasserie located on the fifth floor of KL Hilton next to Chyna that focuses mainly on French, German and Italian cuisine

At a glance, the restaurant has a casual non-pretentious layout with artsy black and white portraits of Europe’s famous landmarks on its walls. Graze is perfect for dates, with its classy, yet intimate and cozy vibes.

Provencal Fish Soup
For appetisers, we had the Provencal Fish soup (RM56) which was a spicy fish soup from Southern France served with rouille, croutons and Gruyere cheese. It was rich in Mediterranean flavours and was just the right portion to ready our appetites for the main course.

Veal Osso Bucco
For the main course, I had the Veal Osso Bucco (RM186), a slow-braised Italian veal shank served with Milanese risotto, gremolata and crispy sage. This was possibly one of the best risotto I ever had in town as it was delicious and well balanced in texture.
Other signature mains here include Baked Scottish Loch Fyne Salmon Fillet (RM138), Squid Ink Gnocchi (RM112) and Vienna Schnitzel (RM168).

Graze Tiramisu
Our favourite dessert of the night was the Graze Tiramisu (RM36). I have had my fair share of tiramisu, but this one takes the cake! It was thick and creamy with just the right amount of coffee flavor. A great way to end the night.
We were served quite a few dishes here but we decided to only feature those we loved. So, treat your loved one and book a table here at Graze for your next date night!
