Grand Imperial Seafood & BBQ Hotpot @ Pavilion Elite
Ramadan Season is upon us and for those who are looking for places to buka puasa, Grand Imperial at Pavilion Elite is one of the places you should consider as this is a pork-free outlet.
Grand Imperial has a spacious dining room comprising of 3 main sections and most importantly spaced out adhering to Covid-19 SOP. We had the pleasure of trying out two set meals that are currently on offer below.
Firstly we tried the Individual Seafood Hotpot Set (RM98++) with a minimum of 2 diners. This comes with Live Tiger Prawns, Live Crab, Sabah Round Clam, Handmade Sea Prawn Balls, Fresh Giant Grouper Fillet, Whole Abalone, Handmade Squid Ink Black Cuttle Fish Ball, Deep Fried Beancurd Skin, White Beancurd, Fresh Vegetables, Organic Pumpkin and Grass Vermicelli.
Next we had the Individual Imported Beef Set (RM188++) with a minimum of 2 persons which consist of Japanese A3 Wagyu Beef, Australia Beef Cubes, King Sea Prawn, Handmade Prawn Ball and Cuttle fish, Deep Fried Crispy Beancurd, Organic Sweet Corn, Handmade Shrimp Wanton, Fresh Vegetables and Freshly made Hong Kong Egg Noodles.
They have a number of soup bases for you to choose from which is not included in the set meals. We had the Signature Winter Melon Soup with Dried Scallops and Chinese Cabbage (RM39.90) which was absolutely delicious. It is boiled for 8 hours on low heat using chicken, shad and soybean sprout. On top of that you get a personal sauce bar on the table to spice up your meal, my favourite was the spicy chilli sauce and fried garlic combo. Overall the ingredients that is served at Grand Imperial are of quality hence making the meal very memorable and extremely delicious on top of the excellent service we received. Hands down one of the best steamboats we've ever tried!
Whilst you are at Pavilion, do check out the beautifully decorated centre court Riang Ruih Raya during this festive season. The have many interesting booths from batik to kuih raya and lots of photo spots.
