Famed Gram Café & Pancakes from Osaka, which is known for being a soufflé pancake specialist with wobbly pancakes constantly trending on social media and super long queues in its outlets in Japan and Thailand. Now, join the bandwagon as Gram Café & Pancakes will be officially opening its door in Singapore at VivoCity on the 16th of June 2019.

Gram Café & Pancakes is known for its signature Premium Pancakes (S$17.90), a trio of wobbly souffle pancakes, which has a delicious light and luscious texture, served with a dollop of creamy homemade whipped cream and a side of sweet maple syrup.

Having its quality at utmost priority, these lovely pancakes are painstakingly made individually will only be prepared upon receipt order, and sales are limited to three times a day at 11am, 3pm and 6pm with only 30 servings for each time slot. Do take note that each person is limited to 1 token and 1 token entitles you to 1 serving of Premium Pancakes.

If you've missed the slots for the Premium Pancakes, fret not. Gram Café & Pancakes has an extensive menu, which features a wide variety of unforgettable sweet and savoury items incorporating their classic pancake recipe. For instance, the Rich Tiramisu Pancakes (S$15.90) use a traditional Japanese dorayaki batter recipe that has a pleasant chewy texture. The pancakes are then soaked in an aromatic espresso mixture, layered generously with rich mascarpone tiramisu cream and dusted with bittersweet cocoa powder.

Gram Café & Pancakes also whips up delicious french toasts for those who are not keen on having pancakes. One of their classic french toast we got to try was their French Toast of Chocolate Banana (S$15.90). This dish uses a rich buttery danish brioche bread and is accompanied with freshly sliced bananas, topped with velvety fresh cream and a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream, and finally drizzled with a decadent chocolate sauce.

Savoury options on the menu are bountiful with options including a unique take on the classic Chilli Bean hotdog served with Gram's signature classic pancakes instead. These fluffy yet stringy pancakes are topped with a generous portion of homemade beef chili bean sauce and melted cheddar cheese, accompanied with a side of chicken sausage, lightly seasoned sauteed potatoes and refreshing green salad.
