Gami Chicken, Pavilion

While many of us are still staying home because of this MCO, there are new restaurants and food joints to be explored outside. But since I have a baby at home now, going out is not preferred. thankfully, though Gami Chicken in Pavilion just launched, they already do delivery!

I love fried chicken - I can have it for lunch or for dinner (and sometimes for breakfast too). It’s a classic crowd favourite and we were very lucky to have LOADS of Gami Chicken‘s fried chicken wings as well as spare ribs delivered to us over the weekend. I highly recommend the spare ribs, by the way! Those were absolutely addictive - one is definitely not enough.

Of course, like any Korean meal, it would not be complete without ample side dishes like the seafood pancake and loaded wedges.

For those who want something a little more filling, I would recommend going for the burger. A huge chunk of chicken acts as the patty, while the rest of the burger is slathered with sauces that lend to an overall flavourful dish. (Apologies that my burger looks a little flat! Sometimes delivery food will turn out like that and it cannot be helped. It did not change how delicious the burger was, though!)

Interestingly, for a quirky Hari Raya twist, Gami Chicken has also introduced satay! Their satay differs from your typical, traditional kind because of its size and marinade. This satay resembles a kebab more than satay because of how huge each skewer is! Chockfull of that lemongrass flavour, it was absolutely melt-in-the-mouth delicious and juicy, to boot!

Our overall Gami Chicken experience was an enjoyable one and we do look forward to being able to head out once again so we can visit the Gami Chicken outlet in Pavilion KL.
