Delicious Fuss-free Homemade Tingkat Meals by Select Catering

We had the privilege to savour one of their lunch sets for 2 pax, that could have easily feed 3 pax as well. The tingkat meal consists of hearty and delicious no-frills Asian favourites such as Curry Chicken, which happens to be their signature dish as well. The Curry Chicken had tender pieces of chicken and potatoes, cooked in an aromatic curry spiced coconut milk gravy that will be sure to whet your appetite.

Dig into a generous portion of classic Chinese Ginger and Spring Onion Fish Fillet that comprises of tender fish fillet coated in a thick ginger sauce, paired perfectly with a bowl of hot steaming rice. We were also amazed that the fish had a nice bite to it as it was firm in texture and had no fishy taste at all.

Egg Beancurd with Seafood – A "Zi Char" and "Cai Fan" must-haves was served as part of their set as well. This dish had thick pieces of egg beancurd laced over a velvety egg sauce, and served with mushrooms, snap peas, and prawns.

Last but not least, no Tingkat meals is complete without a serving of fibre rich mixed vegetables that includes Stir Fried Broccoli, Cauliflower Shimeji Mushroom, and Carrots.

In addition to all of the above, get $30 dollars worth of Texas Chicken vouchers upon completion of your Tingkat order for 3 consecutive months. There is also great perks with special meals being offered every Tuesday and complimentary dessert/fruit every Wednesday for orders of more than 4 pax. Now isn't that a bang for your buck!
