A Taste of Jerusalem @ Wild Honey, Mandarin Gallery

Have a taste of authentic Isreali cuisine at Wild Honey at its culinary event, A Taste of Jerusalem, with award-winning Chef Yassi Elad.

From 2 November to 7 November 2018, head on down to Wild Honey in Mandarin Gallery to try out the specially curated Mediterranean-influenced menu (from $20 onwards) that features dishes such as The Shakshukit (a deconstructed spiced kebab), Sabich (a breakfast staple featuring fried eggplant), and Musakhan (shredded chicken, sirloin, chilis and onions).

A live pitta station will be set up too with homemade falafel and other Israeli products in a market-style atmosphere and setting specially designed by Hamish Betts from Inspired Arts.

There will also be wine from Israeli boutique estate winery GVA’OT and bespoke themed cocktails and mocktails to complement the food.

Chef Yossi is also scheduled to conduct an exclusive Masterclass at Social Kitchen OUE Downtown. The Masterclass will be a hands-on session, with participants preparing a three-course lunch menu with Chef Yossi, followed by an informal lunch with him. Seats are extremely limited and are available through CHOPE here, with tickets priced at $125++ per person.
