9-course takeaway/delivery set meal by Tablescape
Weekend get-togethers just got better with Tablescape's lavish 9-course set menu that can be enjoyed at the comfort of your own home. These sumptuous dishes are inspired by an array of Executive Chef Armando’s epicure on European fares, and fond memories of weekend leisure meals filled with laughter and wholesome food.
Start off the meal with a set of Tablescape's signature freshly baked bread paired with starters like Chef Armando's Octopus Salad. The octopus salad was one of our favourite starters among the others as it had a pleasant umami flavour, and was well complemented with crunchy celery and a tinge of zesty lemon dressing. The octopus was also perfectly cooked as it was also still tender with a nice spring upon delivery.
Next up, a medley of mesclun salad comprising fresh cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, olives, toasted almonds, cress, and freshly shaved parmigiano cheese. A perfect side to go along with the starters and main courses or simply to have on its own.
Included in this lavish 9-course is Chef Armando's rendition of the classic French delicacy – Pan Seared Duck Foie Gras. The Foie Gras is served atop a slice of buttery house-baked brioche, finished off with a dollop of sweet pear compote, and drizzled with just the right amount of balsamico to bring the flavours together. Then, dig into succulent and tender beef and veal meatballs, served with a side of no-frills rich and flavourful tomato sauce.
Linger over Tablescapes sumptuous array of main courses such as the Italian Potato Dumpling, cooked in Tomato Sauce and topped with a generous amount of melted Mozzarella; a Josper Oven-baked Fish Fillet, delicately done Acqua Pazza-style comprising of freshly chopped garlic, capers, white wine, cherry tomatoes and black olives.
Meat lovers will find the Roasted Pork Belly Roulade a pleasant affair – Succulent slow-roasted pork belly, with light crisp crackling accompanied with roasted potatoes and grilled vegetables.
And lastly, end this luxurious 9-course set meal on a sweet note with a slice of Chocolate Praline Cake (250g).
This gorgeous set is perfect for two and is priced at $98nett. It is only available from Friday to Sunday at 11.30am to 2.30pm, and 6pm to 8.30pm – with one day advance order.
