Hyatt House Staycation, Mont Kiara
It’s been ages since we had some time to do a staycation so when Hyatt House Mont Kiara invited us for a night’s stay at their property, we were very excited. It was two days before Christmas and the vibes all around the Arcoris neighbourhood was buzzing with festive cheer. ‘‘Twas the perfect time for a staycation!
Living just a stone’s throw away from Mont Kiara, I’ve seen the area develop over the years but one of the most beautiful developments in the area has to be Hyatt House and its surrounding Arcoris residences.

Hyatt House Mont Kiara is the perfect modern getaway away from the city. Mont Kiara, being a little town with an ecosystem of its own, offers thousands of options when it comes to food and entertainment, making it the perfect home away from home.
But if you’re like me and you like to immerse yourself in the hotel experience completely, then you never have to leave the property if you don’t want to. You can make use of their gym, games room, laundry room, rooftop infinity pool and more!
Of course, one of the most important elements of a hotel stay is the room. We were super lucky to get to stay in one of their exclusive suites, which was modelled like a nice bachelor pad. Equipped with a fully functional kitchen, a spacious living and dining area and a balcony, it was more than just comfortable for two of us - it was luxurious!
Our room offered stunning views of the KLCC twin towers and would have been perfect to stay in for New Year’s Eve to watch the fireworks.
Overall, we had a more than enjoyable stay at Hyatt House Mont Kiara and would certainly be back again in the near future to enjoy the property and all of its surrounding offerings. Room start from a reasonable RM300+ per night. Visit their website to make your booking.
