We recently went on a 24-hour food trail in Genting SkyAvenue and one of our stops was Tian Ma Bird Nest for some light and healthy snacks and desserts. In Tian Ma Bird Nest, we got to try their healthy Bird Nest porridge. Inside the porridge, you will find not just bird’s nest, but also chicken floss and spring onion. The bird’s nest perfectly preserves in the porridge, giving it an overall sweet and refreshing taste, suitable for a breakfast dish to start any hectic day. It might seem a little expensive, but with the generous amount of bird’s nest in the porridge, it’s worth the splurge.

Next, we sampled their Coconut with Bird Nest. This dessert is exactly like you would imagine it to be - sweet but full of flavour and aroma from the coconut. This dish will only be available from June onwards.

Not only did we enjoy the two dishes here, we felt rejuvenated after having such a high dose of bird’s nest in one meal!
