This December, snuggle up with your loved ones and savour the classic flavours of Christmas at PORTA Fine Food & Import Company. Known for dishing out an eclectic mix of modern European dishes, be swooned by their à la carte Festive Menu available on the weekends of 15-16 (Friday and Saturday), 22-24 (Friday to Sunday), and 29-31 (Friday to Sunday) December 2017.
Jingle your taste buds with their Lobster Bisque (S$16++) with crayfish ravioli, or try the Norwegian Salmon (S$16++), topped with the refreshing crunch of marinated fennel, orange segments, and avruga caviar.
The Charcuterie Platter (S$30++) of homemade duck rillettes, foie gras terrine, chorizo, Bayonne Ham and saucisson is the perfect appetite and conversational starter for every deserving elf duo.
For all you meat lovers, the Suckling Pig (S$40++) or the Pepper Steak (S$38++) might be something to consider. If you're looking for something a little daintier, game lovers would be thrilled by the roasted French Quail (S$34++) with brussels sprout, bacon, and natural jus.
End the session of feasting with the traditional Christmas Log Cake (S$14++) ; or the toothsome Baked Alaska (S$12++) with raspberry sorbet, sponge, and meringue.
A three-course Festive Set Menu (S$60++) is also available for fuss-free diners during the festive weekends (only selective mains available).
