Sneak Peek into Marina Bay Sands' Presidential Suite

We were recently at Marina Bay Sands for the Epicurean Market 2017. Since we were at one of the most highly sought after hotels in Singapore, and at one of the most highly anticipated food events of the year, we just had to take lots of pictures and take a tour around the hotel. We were also lucky enough to be made privy to a private tour of the Presidential Suite at Marina Bay Sands.

We were treated to stunning views of the bay area as well as Singapore's glittering CBD skyline - always a nice view to wake up to!

We were brought up a private lift to the Presidential Suite on the 50th floor, which isn't their most exclusive suite, by the way. Marina Bay Sands has a total of 180 suites out of their 2561 rooms. But exclusive enough to draw in the likes of Lady Gaga, Tom Hanks and even Chris Evans (drools).
Upon reaching the suite floor, we were greeted by a private lobby with the same magnificent view of the city. Then we were led into a luxurious room that had not one but TWO living rooms, a grand piano, a dining room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a private gym (which includes sauna and steam rooms), three bathrooms and even a private massage room. Those who stay in this room also have a private check-in area as well as a private concierge.

The bedrooms were huge with plenty of space to walk around in and faced the Gardens by the Bay view.

Every bathroom is of course, equipped with a bathtub and all the luxe amenities you could ever wish for.

You can call your private massage therapist up to your suite for a private massage in this massage room. Overall, the Presidential Suite was bigger than most HDB flats we have ever stepped foot into at 509 square meters. Interestingly enough, the prices for the suites differ from night to night. We were told we would have to check their official website for the exact rates. The night we stayed there and checked the rates, the suite was going for about $7,000 per night.

In contrast, below are pictures from our Garden View room with a balcony and king sized bed. Still a gorgeous and huge room with beds so comfortable I almost never wanted to get out of it throughout our stay.

Sadly, no bathtubs for us, but still, what a stunning bathroom this is! Marina Bay Sands certainly offers that luxe experience from start to finish, no matter which room you're staying in. I also have to commend their amazing service that I have not experienced at any other hotel. We had a package delivered to us at Tower 1, even though our room was in Tower 3. The hotel staff left a little note under our door to inform us that the package had arrived and to call the concierge when we were ready to have it delivered. After calling, the package was delivered to us in under 10 minutes. Additionally, we had requested for a wine bucket with ice and it was also delivered promptly. For a hotel that has to service 2561 rooms, I believe that they are really well-prepared to deliver on their world-class standards, no matter what time of day and how busy they get.

Overall, our stay at Marina Bay Sands was one to remember. Is the hype worth it? Is the price you pay for the room worth it? Yes, 100% yes, if you can appreciate really good service and top notch amenities.
