Staying healthy in a city that has so much delicious food to offer can be a challenge.

We had the privilege of meeting Ryan Ling who is the Founder and Director Of Juiceee Malaysia, which is a homegrown juice brand established in 2014. He came up with the idea of producing and serving healthy juices, while making the product affordable so that consumers are able to invest into a health conscious lifestyle.

We were invited to the Starling Mall which just opened a month ago which is the 16th Juiceee outlet across the country. Ryan and his team just launched a whole new range of milky treats and we got to taste some of them.

We started off with Dewy Deal (RM10.50), which is a milk based slushie. The taste of the honey dew was not overpowering, infact this tropical flavour is not common in other juice bars, setting Juiceee apart as they use seasonal local fruits to craft their milky treats.

We moved on to the Mango Muse (RM10.50), which is one of my favourites. It was not very sweet and the natural taste of the mangoes were very prominent.

If you are a fan of papayas then this Papaya Ponnce (RM10.50) will certainly brighten up your day. This fruit has numerous health benefits and low in calories. All the ladies or men who would like to tone up and shed some calories, its probably time to hit up on this cold delicious treat.

The last milky treatz we tried from Juiceee was the Jackfruit Jive at (RM11.50). Instead of going for a deep fried cempedak (or jackfruit), why not have it the form of an icy cold healthy booster which will give you the energy to power through the day.

Juiceee also has some good options for quick lunches. The Chicken Crush (RM13.90) is freshly made on the spot for you and the best part is that you are able to choose your sauce options which gives you a different taste profile each time.

We really enjoyed the Mango and Smoked Salmon sandwich (RM13.90) which was light and refreshing with a hint of wasabi mayo. These sandwiches are only available at Pavilion KL, Sunway Velocity, KL Gateway and The Starling Damansara Uptown at the moment.

At the end we did a interactive demo session with Ryan whipping up a delicious Liver Beet (RM10.90) a fresh juice which is comprised of beetroot, celery, orange, carrot and spinach which was the highlight of the day.
