Come down to the Epicurean Market this weekend and sign up for the Cocktails You Need to Know - Secret Cocktail Edition Masterclass by EC Proof on Saturday (12 August, 3.00pm – 4.00pm) and discover two of the world's most beautiful, yet underappreciated cocktails.

The Masterclass will be lead by Proof & Company's Creative Director, Jason Williams and Spirits Evangelist, Mimi Lorandova. You'd get to learn about the history of these cocktails and of course, how to make the perfect one in your own backyard.

Not a fan of cocktails? Take a journey through the intriguing world of bourbons, rye whiskies and more at the Exploring American Whiskey Masterclass on Sunday (13 August, 3.00pm – 4.00pm).

Led by EC Proof's Personal Spirits Advisor, Jess "Hutch" Hutchinson and Proof & Company's Spirits Evangalist, Joe Alessandroni, be in for a treat to learn about the fascinating stories behind how whiskies are made and its journey in a distillery.

For these two Masterclasses going on, you would also get to enjoy a tasting session. What better way to learn than to taste it for yourself, right?
