The culinary talents from Royal Plaza on Scotts will be whipping up a lavish feast for all. Indulge in the wonderful selection of rotisseries and sweet treats with family and friends during this festive season.

What’s Christmas without turkey? Order the traditional roast turkey (S$155), garnished with garlic buttered potatoes, seasonal vegetables, chestnut stuffing, cranberry sauce and giblet sauce.

Perfect for those who prefer stronger flavours, the turkey masala (S$155), a North-Indian inspired dish with jeera pulao (cumin rice), marinated minced chicken stuffing with mint and cashew nuts, vegetable kurma and tomato butter sauce will definitely add an Asian twist to your sparkling Christmas.

This year, enjoy a special addition to the menu! The pistachio raspberry rose (S$40), a pistachio almond sponge sandwich with rose mousseline and raspberry marmalade is sure to be the best present for every sweet tooth.

And of course the classic festive goodies, such as the traditional English fruit cake (S$60), homemade German dresden stollen (S$42) and homemade Italian panettone (S$35) will also be available.

To wrap up your Christmas dinner, choose from a selection of festive log cakes handcrafted by the pastry team from Gourmet Carousel, such as cherry royale (S$62), made with Pur Caraibe chocolate mousse, black cherry mascarpone crémeux and moist chocolate sponge with royaltine, citrus twist (S$62), made with mango and passion fruit Jivara chocolate mousse layered with rich chocolate macadamia sponge, and litchi-licious (S$62), made with lychee mousse with chestnut crémeux.

For a hassle-free festive celebration, pamper loved ones with a sumptuous buffet (from S$48++ onwards) in Carousel. Celebrations with Santa Claus and a photo booth session will be happening during meal periods on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve to add merriment to the occasion.
