Beat the haze and stay cool with Godiva’s limited edition Raspberry & Rose Soft Serve and Chocolixir! Crafted by Godiva’s esteemed chocolatier, Chef Jean Apostolou, in celebration of the chocolatier’s 90th anniversary, the new flavour will surely delight your senses with its smooth and creamy decadence.

Soft serves are available in three delectable flavours, vanilla white chocolate, dark chocolate and dark & white chocolate twist, each promising a unique symphony of tastes. I tried the dark & white and it was love at first lick.

The strong dark chocolate taste is prominent and provides a huge contrast to the sweet, creamy white chocolate. Topped with Raspberry & Rose sauce and crunchy raspberry sprinkles imported from Japan, they provide a quality subtle aroma and slight tanginess to the palate.

I also like the fact that Godiva actively collaborates with artists; here the bright, colourful sleeve is designed by Oli-B, a pioneering Belgian artist. Previously, they have also worked with Charlotte Gastaut, a renowned French illustrator for children's books.

Crafted through blending creamy white Godiva chocolate in ice, flourished with a drizzle of Raspberry & Rose sauce and sprinkled with crispy raspberry pieces, the Godiva Raspberry & Rose Chocolixir is a cooling sweet treat to soothe the throat and ease the summer heat. As a loyal fan of dark chocolate, this was a tad too sweet for me, but I’m confident sweet-toothed folks will love it!
