So, here are 9 places I would recommend you ladies to bring your man friends to this March 14th:

1. Prime at Le Meridien Steaks here will set you back north of RM200 per cut, but today's not a day to scrimp on your man. Today is his day and after that little blue Tiffany box that was probably delivered to you with much love (having burnt a month's paycheck), it's time to be generous and go all out for your man.

1. Mandarin Grill at Mandarin Oriental You would be pampering both yourself and your boyfriend/husband/manfriend by bringing him to this place. The restaurant overlooks the KLCC park which can be really romantic. Though you will be paying top dollar for your grass or grain fed meats, you can be sure that you will be getting your money's worth.

1. Pampas Reserve Pampas and its slightly fancier sister outlet, Pampas Reserve are both on the top of my list of places to go to for steaks in KL. The steaks are reasonably priced below RM100 per cut of at least 250gms and you get to choose from a wide range of sides. They also have a reasonably priced wine list.

1. Porcupine Place Have you ever had a Thai-styled steak? Well, Porcupine Place does a good job of marrying the traditional meat dish with a lemongrass marinade and a Thai chili sauce.
