Penang is more than just the char kuey teows and assam laksas... Really. I mean, you can get equally good ones in KL nowadays. So whenever I head up to Penang, I am on the hunt for new hipster cafes and other dining experiences I may not be able to get in KL. A quick search brought my tired feet to Metisser Patisserie. Tired because we had decided to bring out bikes up to Penang for a ride around the island. And boy, was it a good idea! After eating at so many different place
