A new shabu-shabu joint popped up in Bugis+ and it has just unveiled its brand-new 90-minute shabu-shabu buffet promotion from $17.80 onwards (for adults)! Diners will be spoilt for choice here with their unique Japanese and Asian-inspires soup bases at affordable prices. We loved the Rich Tonktosu soup base, but this is just one of the eight different soup bases Otaru Suisan has to offer.
