I have not been this impressed with a new restaurant in awhile. Walking into Manja Old Malaya, we all shared the sentiment. We were under the (mis)impression that it would end up as just another high-end eatery that serves upscale Malaysian food, but it is anything but. When I heard Le Noir was opening in KL, I didn't expect them to also have a kitchen for full service dining. So I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only do they have a food menu, it is a pretty extensive one too! If that's not enough, Le Noir has also engaged a highly talented chef to craft fusion dishes for the menu and it is executed perfectly.
